Executive Assistant/Office Manager – Family Office
Job Description:
A small Family Office based in Westchester is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to assist with a close-knit family office and support the C-Level Officers. This position offers the opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities, learn about business management, and maintain a strong sense of autonomy.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage both corporate and personal expenses, reconcile credit cards, and prepare monthly expense reports for C-Level Officers
Conduct specialized research reports as needed
Book travel arrangements and manage calendars
Coordinate with vendors across different states for additional properties
Greet clients and guests, acting as the face of the firm
Serve as gatekeeper and liaison
Maintain an orderly office by ordering supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors
Manage conference room and conference call schedules
Assist in deal proposals and contract compilation
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
Experience supporting C-Suite executives or founders
Minimum of 5 years of executive support experience
