Investment firm in Manhattan seeks an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team. Seeking a candidate with 7+ years of EA/OM experience within a law firm or financial services firm. Bachelor's degree is required.

Onsite Monday - Friday
Salary range: 100k - 120k base plus bonus
Hours: 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:
Serve as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager, supporting executives in a dynamic professional environment.
Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, calls, and logistics efficiently.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the executive team.
Draft and manage correspondence, ensuring professional communication standards.
Assist with legal document execution, notarizations, and closing checklists.
Maintain organized shared drives and document management systems for easy retrieval.
Greet visitors, manage conference room setups, and coordinate building access.
Plan and execute company retreats, events, and administrative projects.
Monitor office supplies, mailing, and shipping to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
7-10 years of executive assistant experience, ideally in the legal or financial services sector.
Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
Experience with legal document coordination, signature pages, and notarizations.
NY Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain promptly preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
