The Work
Evaluate and review customer requirements for C5ISRT and translate those requirements into discrete capability statements for program managers and engineers.
Report findings for major marketing, distribution, and manufacturing proposals and their impact on the sales function.
Participate in the central development and implementation of new products, specifically in the electronic warfare and SIGINT areas.
May also participate in presales or sales meetings to review proposed plans.
Function as liaison between USG customers and program managers and engineers.

Basic Qualifications
8+ years of business development or military experience in requirements‑or acquisition‑related fields.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Current C5ISRT or C/C5ISRT experience.
Desired Skills
Joint or Combined military experience.
Graduate degree in a planning‑related field.
Information Warfare experience.
Ability to work with and gather information from the academic community.
Strong organizational skills.
Security Clearance Statement
This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration (Clearance Level: TS/SCI).
Remote Work
Full‑time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Schedule
4 × 10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Pay Rate
Annual base salary ranges:
In major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York: $147,700 – $255,990.
In other states (excluding those mentioned above): $128,400 – $226,435.
