Associate Attorney
to join our
Pennsylvania
team.
What You’ll Do:
The
Associate Attorney
provides comprehensive legal representation across all practice areas, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters. You will work collaboratively with experienced attorneys and a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney.
Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
Deliver responsive, client‑focused legal services in a high‑volume practice.
What You Bring:
Licensed in Pennsylvania
(required)
3–5+ years of experience
preferred (however, all qualified applicants considered)
Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
Detail‑oriented, organized, and driven
Litigation, bankruptcy, or collections experience
Remote work (must reside in PA)
Local court‑related travel required
Conditions of Work:
Ability to sit or stand for long periods
Ability to remain focused for extended periods
Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
Ability to perform repetitive movements such as typing, clicking, swiveling
Ability to multi‑task
