Ground Beef B-Shift Quality Assurance Technician
Monitor the implementation of food safety and quality procedures on the floor, report deficiencies and correct them. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Monitor SOPs, SSOPs, and GMP compliance of associates, perform HACCP procedures to comply with federal regulations
Work with USDA and present records at the agency’s request
Review records to ensure accuracy and be held accountable to their accuracy
Aid QA supervisor and management in gathering data for investigations
Work closely with production associates in monitoring meat product for specifications, and correcting specification deficiencies
Assist in other duties as needed
Requirements
Able to work in an independent environment
Able to work Monday through Friday, and weekends as needed
Comfortable working in a cold environment
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
