What It Takes
Consistently follow all recipes, procedures, food rotation, storage, safety guidelines, and product specifications to ensure every guest enjoys high-quality, safe food.
Properly stock and maintain your station to manager-defined levels, ensuring you’re fully prepared to meet guest demand throughout each shift.
Take pride in plating and presenting every dish according to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza standards.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
Follow recipes and kitchen procedures with precision and consistency.
Maintain strong food safety, proper storage, and sanitation standards.
Work the line in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Take pride in cooking from scratch and presenting dishes to spec, every time.
Stand for long periods and work near high heat.
Lift up to 50 lbs and handle busy shifts with ease.
Stay focused, multitask, and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, grill cook, fry cook, chef, restaurant crew member, restaurant kitchen team member, or other part-time back‑of‑house restaurant jobs is highly desirable.
