We are looking for our next Front Office Manager!
Position Summary
The Springhill Suites/TownePlace Suites by Marriott Columbus Easton is a Dual Brand property, with a combined 262 rooms, professionally managed by Concord Hospitality. The Hotel Front Office Manager oversees all front of house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. This role leads the front desk team, maintains service standards, resolves guest concerns, and ensures smooth daily hotel operations while supporting revenue goals and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Front Desk, Lobby Bar, Shuttle
Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences
Handle escalated guest complaints and service recovery situations
Create schedules and maintain proper staffing levels
Train, coach, and evaluate associates
Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and reservations
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales departments
Ensure compliance with brand standards and hotel policies
Support upselling initiatives and guest loyalty programs
Review guest feedback and implement service improvements
Qualifications
Previous hotel experience required
Comfortable using technology and hotel PMS systems
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Leadership mindset with strong team-building skills
