The Willard InterContinental Washington, DC is a historic landmark hotel known for serving leaders and guests worldwide. This role focuses on delivering outstanding coffee experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Take guest orders and provide coffee recommendations as the go-to coffee expert.

Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot, cold, artisan, and specialty beverages.

Receive and process guest payments.

Stock and maintain inventory, including ordering, receiving, and distributing essential supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and high standards across all work areas and equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

Hands‑on experience with brewing equipment.

Knowledge of various hot and cold beverage recipes and espresso production.

Ability to work under pressure and meet time‑keeping expectations.

Passion for coffee and coffee artistry.
