Responsibilities
Serveas daily operations point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Coordinatewith warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely execution
Trackand resolve service issues and escalations
Assistwith customer onboarding and SOP implementation
MonitorKPIs and support operational reporting
EnsureSLA compliance and service quality standards
Supportprocess improvement and cost efficiency initiatives
Assistin customer communication and operational updates
Qualifications
3+years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations
Experiencein account coordination, operations support, or customer service(preferred)
Strongunderstanding of warehouse and transportation workflows
Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strongcommunication and problem-solving skills
Experiencewith KPI tracking and reporting (preferred)
Bachelor’sdegree required
Compensation
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)
