We help seniors and families with downsizing, relocation, estate clean-outs, and online auctions. Our work is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and requires care, efficiency, and teamwork.
The Role
We’re hiring a
Move Supervisor / Crew Lead
to lead the
move portion of our jobs
and support clean‑out work as needed.
This role is a great fit for someone with
strong moving experience
who is ready to step into more responsibility and help lead a crew on job sites.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate move jobs
Wrap and protect furniture properly
Load, unload, and move items safely and efficiently
Help keep the crew organized and on pace
Communicate clearly with team members and clients
Support clean‑out jobs as part of the team
What We’re Looking For
Experience in
moving, furniture handling, or similar hands‑on work
Comfortable stepping into a leadership role when needed
Strong work ethic—you’ll be working alongside the team
Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through
Good communication and problem‑solving skills
Schedule
Part‑time to start ( 6–10 hours/week )
Opportunity for more hours as work grows
Primarily weekday jobs
Pay
$20-24/hour DOE
