The Role
A
relationship-driven sales role
focused on:
Building referral partnerships
Generating new client opportunities
Meeting with clients and converting projects
This is a
field-based role —you’ll spend time in the community and in clients’ homes, not behind a desk.
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with senior living communities, realtors, and local partners
Stay in regular contact through in-person visits and follow-up
Conduct in-home consultations
Recommend services and prepare estimates
Close projects and secure signed agreements
Manage and follow up on active opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Strong people skills and confidence meeting new people
Ability to turn relationships into business
Comfortable
closing sales
Organized with strong follow-up
Proficient with CRM systems, phone, and web-based tools
Self-directed and reliable
What the Work Looks Like
In-person meetings (partners + clients)
Ongoing relationship-building
Follow-up and pipeline management
Independent, results-focused work
Schedule
Part-time (~30 hours/week)
Weekday, daytime availability (midweek focus)
Compensation
Hourly pay $19-20 DOE + performance-based incentives
