Description
Brookside at the Rose Bowl, located in Pasadena, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time, Dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Pay:
$18.04 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
Maintains the cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and the walk-in cooler, by sweeping & mopping.
Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
Performs daily cleaning, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and the exhaust system.
Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after closing.
Performs other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant.
Other Qualifications
Regular and reliable attendance.
