Public Works Project Manager
to help shape the future of our Las Vegas public works practice.

client-facing leadership role

What You’ll Get to Do:
Serve as primary client contact for public works projects in the Las Vegas area
Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple active municipal projects
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
Deliver high-quality infrastructure projects for city, county, and state agencies
Support business development efforts, including pursuits and client relationship growth
Collaborate with leadership to expand backlog and market presence
Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
Ensure projects meet quality, risk, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
Strong project management and leadership skills
Proven ability to act as a primary client interface
Experience managing public agency projects
Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Interest in contributing to a growing regional market
What Qualifications You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
8+ years of experience in public works / infrastructure projects
Experience with municipal or DOT clients strongly preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D
Experience in transportation and public works infrastructure projects
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
