Position Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our plumbing warehouse operations. This role is critical to keeping our technicians productive and our operations running smoothly. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for inventory control, parts replenishment, vehicle support, grounds maintenance, and maintaining accurate inventory records using computer software.
This position requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain inventory in the parts room
Ensure timely replenishment of stock and shop supplies
Maintain accurate inventory levels in software systems
Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Stage parts and materials for technicians and upcoming jobs
Deliver parts to job sites and technicians as needed
Assist with truck maintenance coordination and restocking service vehicles
Keep the warehouse, yard, and surrounding grounds clean and organized
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming deliveries
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment
Communicate inventory needs and shortages to management
Required Qualifications
Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
Strong computer skills; ability to learn and use inventory software
Proven experience with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
Physical & Work Requirements
Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and standing
Indoor and outdoor work (warehouse and yard)
Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment
