Parts Clerk
A local company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to support daily operations by managing inventory, issuing parts, maintaining accurate records, and keeping maintenance and production running smoothly. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and overtime may be required based on business needs.
Job Duties
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials
Issue parts to maintenance and operations personnel
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software
Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
Coordinate with vendors and purchasing to reorder parts as needed
Keep parts room and warehouse clean, organized, and labeled
Assist with tracking part usage and identifying obsolete or low-stock items
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
