Area Warranty Manager

Monday–Friday

Pay:
$50,000–$55,000
What Your Day Looks Like
Homeowner Experience:
Conduct New Home Orientations and walk buyers through their new home with confidence and clarity.
Communication & Follow‑Through:
Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on warranty service work to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Field Leadership:
Oversee day‑to‑day activities of trade contractors to ensure quality work and on‑time completion.
Quality Control:
Authorize payments after verifying 100% completion and customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify recurring warranty trends and communicate opportunities that help improve construction quality long‑term.

You have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable traveling as needed.
