AI Agent Specialist (Internal Automation)

Stylecraft Builders, Inc., College Station, TX, United States

AI Agent Specialist (Internal Automation)
At Stylecraft, we don’t just build houses—we build trust, communities, and long-term relationships with the families who choose us. For nearly 40 years, we’ve helped Texans achieve the American Dream of homeownership, and we’re proud to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Texas year after year.

This role is hands‑on with an emphasis on designing AI agents that assist employees with routine workflows while maintaining strong governance, security, and human oversight.

About the Role
The AI Agent Specialist designs, builds, and supports internal AI agents that help automate repeatable tasks such as scheduling, intake, validation, and routing. These agents respond to employee interactions, orchestrate predefined workflows, and call approved internal APIs to perform actions on behalf of users—always within defined boundaries.

You’ll work closely with IT, data, and business teams to identify opportunities where automation can provide meaningful efficiency gains while preserving human judgment.
