
Structural Engineering Office Lead

Overview
At EVstudio, we’re a multidisciplinary design firm with architects, surveyors, engineers, and professionals dedicated to designing solutions that shape communities and elevate everyday experiences.
What You’ll Do
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects with a strong emphasis on residential and commercial projects across the Colorado Springs region and beyond. You will play a key role in design, analysis, coordination, and project leadership.
Perform structural design and analysis, including both wood and steel‑framed buildings and related systems
Develop construction documents, calculations, and specifications
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver coordinated solutions
Utilize Revit to produce and manage structural models and drawings
Participate in project meetings and support client communication
Assist with site observations and construction administration as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Typically, 3+ years of relevant structural engineering experience
Demonstrated experience designing steel frame structures
Proficiency in Revit (required)
EIT required; PE/SE track preferred
What We Offer
We are targeting a base salary of $75,000 to $95,000, which is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
