
Sr Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description
Understand product PLM systems and maintain databases with high accuracy (Agile / SCORE / Ariba).
Develop monthly capacity forecast models for Penang, subcontractors, Dresden, and internalization.
Prepare factory capacity plans to support revenue targets.
Lead monthly gross margin improvement projects, including continuous capacity improvement and internalization to internal factories.
Proactively identify capacity improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute action plans.
Perform on‑the‑job monitoring of bottleneck equipment to ensure revenue plans are met.
Conduct time studies for all processes (Sort, Test, Backend).
Perform labor resource studies, planning, and optimization.
Manage internalization project transfers from REN Power and REN P&N.
Prepare and support company project transfer activities.
Support NPI (New Product Introduction) project bidding.
Develop and review factory layouts using AutoCAD.
Understand, monitor, and improve equipment OEE, including performance maintenance.
Qualifications
Degree in engineering
Knowledge in manufacturing will be added advantage
Good computers excel/AutoCAD and mathematics are added advantages
