Lead Veterinarian - Primary Care (Sign-on Bonus!)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate veterinarian to join our Stratford, CT location as a Lead Veterinarian in primary care. The ideal candidate will excel in clinical care, mentor and support staff, and collaborate with our network of specialists.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality primary care and oversee patient care team.
Mentor veterinary technicians and assistants.
Participate in collaborative medicine with oncologists, radiologists, cardiologists, and other specialists.
Maintain clinical standards for wellness, same-day sick appointments, and oncology services.
Qualifications:
Licensed veterinarian with experience in primary care.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Commitment to team collaboration and mentoring.
Ability to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
