Role Description

At Borealis MedSpa, we are building a team of high-performing, aesthetic-focused providers who want to master their craft, grow a following, and build a long-term career in aesthetic medicine.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a

Medical Aesthetic Provider (RN / NP / PA)

specializing in

Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation . You will work in a

medical, results-driven environment

with access to advanced technologies and a loyal, high-end patient base. This is an opportunity to grow into a top-level injector—not just perform treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform aesthetic treatments including

neuromodulators (Botox), dermal fillers, and laser therapies
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
Educate patients on services, skincare, and treatment options
Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
Collaborate with clinical and front desk teams to optimize patient experience
Participate in practice growth through patient retention and treatment recommendations

Qualifications
Required:

Active, unrestricted

RN, NP, or PA license

(Alaska or ability to obtain)
1+ year experience in

aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or high-touch patient care
Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and perform

injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures
Availability for

weekends and peak clinic hours
Comfort with

treatment recommendations and patient conversion
Interest in building a personal brand or social media presence
Interest in facial balancing and full-face treatment planning

Training Opportunity

While prior aesthetic experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who demonstrates:

Compensation

We offer a competitive, performance-based compensation structure, including:
Pay DOE (depending on experience)
Base hourly pay
Commission on services and retail
