The Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE) is seeking a Superintendent on behalf of the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Education Administration or closely related field. Doctorate preferred.
Prior experience as a teacher and principal and three (3) years’ experience at the executive cabinet level.
Ability to demonstrate a strong fiscal background and understanding of state and local budgets.
A strong record of successful partnerships with the board, staff, labor and community groups.
Demonstrate success with diverse student populations, resulting in equitable outcomes for all learners.
