Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner
Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
Deliver catering orders promptly and safely
Maintain a clean, organized work and dining area
Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns quickly and courteously
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Comfortable using kitchen equipment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for delivery duties)
Physical Demands
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed
