Job Summary
The Community Specialist creates and executes the store’s community strategy, building relationships, hosting events, and supporting product seeding. The role blends community engagement with a world‑class guest experience, bringing a community perspective into every customer interaction.
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with store leadership to bring the Community strategy and guest experience to life through community foundations.
Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, studio owners, community partners) to drive new guest acquisition and retention.
Identify new Ambassador or partner opportunities and elevate the store’s standing as a community hub.
Engage guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into a seamless experience.
Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events.
Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
Review community‑relevant business data and metrics, sharing insights and recommendations with store leadership.
Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
Job Requirements
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
Schedule / Availability
Work schedule varies with store needs.
Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays are typical shifts.
Peak periods, special events, or other circumstances may require early mornings or late nights/overnights.
Experience
1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
Job Assets (Nice to Have)
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating team members toward goals.

Compensation & Benefits Package
Base Pay Range:
$20.00‑$23.01 per hour, subject to local minimum wage.
Target Bonus:
$2.00 per hour.
Total Target Base Pay Range:
$22.00‑$25.01 per hour.
