Job Summary
The Community Specialist is responsible for engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and product seeding; sustaining local key relationships with Ambassadors and partners; and enhancing the guest experience while applying community insights on the sales floor.
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy and pillars of community foundations and guest experience to life.
Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, etc.) to increase new guest acquisition and retention.
Engage with local community to identify new Ambassador or partner opportunities and increase store’s standing as a community hub.
Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs.
Attend, support, or host local and regional community events.
Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
Review community‑relevant business data and metrics, share insights, and recommend actions with store leadership.
Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment by celebrating differences and supporting a productive experience for all team members.
Job Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the country and have reliable transportation to the assigned store.
1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
Comfortable traveling to assigned store as needed.
Schedule / Availability
Work schedule varies based on store needs.
Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances may require early mornings or late nights/overnights.
Job Assets (Nice to have)
High school diploma/GED or higher.
Experience building relationships with clients, groups, or partners.
Experience motivating team members to accomplish goals or activities.

Compensation & Benefits Package
Base pay: $21.00‑$24.16 per hour, set above local minimum wage.
Target bonus: $2.00 per hour.
Total target base pay: $23.00‑$26.16 per hour.
