As home to the first Moxy hotel in Northern New England, this is a chance to be part of something new from the very beginning — welcoming guests to a vibrant stay steps from Thompson’s Point’s concerts, events, dining, and culture.

As a

Food & Beverage Supervisor , you’ll help shape the entire guest experience—from morning coffee to evening cocktails. This is your chance to lead a team, build the culture, and set the standard for how things run from day one.
If you’re passionate about hospitality, love leading people, and know how to balance great service with smart operations, this is where you step in.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Running the day-to-day food & beverage operations like a pro
Leading, coaching, and motivating a team that brings energy to every shift
Hiring, training, and developing staff to deliver standout service
Keeping operations smooth, efficient, and on brand
Managing costs while still delivering an awesome guest experience
Partnering with hotel leadership and sales to drive business and create buzz
Overseeing bar operations, inventory, and product quality
Keeping the team in the loop with pre-shifts, updates, and ongoing training
Making sure all food safety, liquor laws, and brand standards are followed
Bringing fresh ideas to menus, specials, and overall presentation
Monitoring trends and finding ways to keep things exciting and relevant
