We are seeking an outstanding Data & Examinations Officer to start in September 2026 on a part-time, term-time contract. Working with the academic team, you will provide high-quality data and examinations administration. You will be highly organised, an effective communicator and a committed team player.
You will have proven experience supporting the delivery of examinations within a school or college, and confidence using iSAMS to maintain accurate pupil records and produce reports. You will bring excellent attention to detail, a calm approach under pressure and a clear understanding of confidentiality and deadlines.
The position will be a part-time post, working 08.00 am to 16.00 pm, 3 days per week, term-time plus 4 additional weeks per year. The hours of work include a 1 hour paid lunch break.
