What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and support a team of canvassers with kindness and enthusiasm, helping everyone reach their potential.
Develop effective and creative canvassing strategies that make connecting with homeowners enjoyable and impactful.
Keep track of team progress and coach your team with a positive approach to continuously improve results.
Engage warmly with homeowners, providing helpful information about our green window solutions.
Foster a fun, collaborative team culture where everyone feels valued and motivated.

What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in canvassing, sales, or team management, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Strong leadership skills focused on encouragement and team development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build genuine connections with customers and team members.
Ability to track performance and provide positive, constructive feedback.
Passion for sustainability and a proactive, upbeat mindset.

Lucrative Compensation Package- $85k-$125k per year
