and looking for
experienced DSPs who are comfortable transporting members
and want to be part of a team that truly supports the work they do.
What Working With Endeavor Looks Like
We believe DSPs do their best work when they feel supported-on and off the road.
When you join Endeavor, you can expect:
$18.50 per hour starting pay
Evening and weekend schedules available
Paid certifications (CPR, First Aid, Article 9) if needed
Clear communication so you always know expectations
Support from leadership when challenges come up
A team that understands the responsibility and importance of safe transportation

Basic Requirements
Valid
driver's license
and clean driving record
Reliable, insured vehicle
Comfortable transporting members in the community
CPR/First Aid & Article 9 certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
