and looking for experienced DSPs who want to be part of a team that genuinely supports the people doing the work.
What Working With Endeavor Looks Like
We believe DSPs do their best work when they feel supported, prepared, and valued - not left on their own.
When you join Endeavor, you can expect:
$19.00 per hour
for experienced DSPs with:
CPR & First Aid
Article 9
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
$18.50 per hour starting pay
if certifications are not yet complete
Paid training and certifications (CPR, First Aid, Article 9)
Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Clear communication so you always know expectations and next steps
Support from leadership when challenges come up

Basic Requirements
CPR, First Aid, and Article 9 certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Valid
Fingerprint Clearance Card

Reliable transportation
