This position is paid $31.52–$34.23/hour, with shift differentials of $2 for 3 pm–11 pm and $4 for 11 pm–9 am. It is located in Rutland, MA and offers a $3,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time and $1,500 for part‑time employees. Available schedules include Sunday 3 pm–11 pm and Thursday 11 pm–9 am.
Devereux’s new Medically Complex Program serves youth with complex medical needs who require 24‑hour nursing care. This program focuses on children who may have sensory impairments, intellectual disabilities, physical impairments, or conditions that require medical equipment. Nursing duties include providing ongoing care, monitoring health status, administering medication, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support each child’s unique needs.

Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have graduated from an accredited nursing school and be a current Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts.
Preferred: prior experience with children and adolescents.
Valid driver’s license required.
Must be able to attend a 2‑week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8 am–4 pm, in Rutland, MA.
