Responsibilities
Provides administrative, organizational and operational assistance to Food Safety/Quality department
Support maintenance of quality data in internal systems
Maintain organized filing systems to include electronic and paper records
Support with document control revisions, communication and distribution of updates
Document and batch review for accuracy, completion and adherence to site requirements
Heavy data entry and database management
Pulling records, filing of records and reviewing records for data extraction
Maintain a safe working environment. Understand, follow, and support company policies and procedures in addition to corporate and local safety initiatives.
Perform other related duties as required.
Position Qualifications
High school diploma required
5-7 years of administrative experience (food/drug manufacturing or regulated industry preferred)
Strong organizational and document control skills
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain professional departmental relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong experience with project and time management
