North Dental Professionals is seeking a skilled and compassionate full‑time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us is cross‑trained to help in every department. If you have a positive attitude, love dentistry, and enjoy working with fun professionals, we would consider you to join our team.
Candidates must be able to travel to both locations.

Monday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM (1x a month from 7:30 AM-5:00 PM)
Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
1 Saturday a month: 7:30 AM-2:00 PM
Our Dedicated Team Includes
One Office Manager
One Full‑Time Lead Front Desk Coordinator
One Full‑Time Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
Compensation
$25-$28 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)
Requirements
Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification
High school graduate or equivalent
Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
CPR certification
Computer efficiency - charting and scheduling
Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
Integrity‑focused work ethic
Team‑player attitude
Ability to multi‑task
Open‑minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback

Full‑time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
