Pacoma Germany , supporting the development and expansion of the FP&A function.
Role Overview
The internship provides hands‑on experience in core FP&A processes, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Interns will support monthly reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting, help build and improve FP&A processes and tools, and contribute to data collection, verification, and model development.
Responsibilities
Assist in building and improving FP&A processes, tools, and reporting specific to Pacoma Germany.
Support monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting activities.
Help gather inputs, maintain financial models, and support budget and forecast cycles.
Collect, reconcile, and validate financial and operational data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist with developing and improving financial models, templates, and dashboards.
Provide analytical support for ad‑hoc requests from finance leadership and operational teams.
Document FP&A workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and automation.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency or working knowledge of Excel and financial analysis tools.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
English required; German a plus.
Preferred
Coursework or experience in financial planning, budgeting, or forecasting.
Exposure to financial modeling or reporting tools.
Interest in supporting a growing FP&A function within a European business context.
Previous internship or project experience in finance or analytics.
