About The Position
Seeking FT Day RPSGT DUE TO GROWTH- additional pay per shift for attending/scoring productivity!
MedBridge Healthcare is seeking an experienced RPSGT to work in our Wilmington NC sleep lab at Sleep Care of Wilmington. The position will provide sleep services during the day and facilitate MLSTs during day hours. Competitive hourly rates are available, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Facilitating tests and collecting data
Preparing equipment, recording activities, and analyzing results
Following proper polysomnographic procedures, including the use of electrodes, sensors, calibration of equipment, and fitting of airway pressure masks
Analyzing (scoring) clinical events such as respiratory and cardiac episodes, and tabulating final data for further review
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and laws
Job Requirements
High School diploma or higher education level
Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program
Certified by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as an RPSGT and holding an NC Medical Board license
Certification in basic cardiac life support (BCLS) and/or CPR
Vaccination and immunization records or titers may be required

1. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

3. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
