Manager, Global Enterprise Communications - Capital One Software
As a Manager on the Global Enterprise Communications team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing strategic communication efforts that elevate Capital One’s brand and reputation. Working across teams, you’ll help deliver impactful campaigns and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with team leads to execute communications campaigns that align with enterprise and line-of-business objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of communications strategies.
Contribute to team-wide efforts to develop processes and operational excellence.
Stay informed about industry trends to inform and enhance communication strategies.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 5 years of communications experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Public relations or communications experience in financial services, technology, or consumer brands.
Richmond, VA: $122,100 - $139,400 for Communications Manager
McLean, VA: $134,400 - $153,300 for Communications Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
