This role requires strong organizational and planning skills, effective verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and the ability to make critical decisions.**Qualifications:*** Associates Degree Required - Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.* Minimum of 3 years of experience in conference/event planning.* Ability to travel as required (less than 10%).* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.* Strong organizational and time management capabilities.* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and follow up in a timely manner.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Knowledge of Joint Accreditation and ACCME guidelines for CE providers is ideal but not mandatory.Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
