Job Description
Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of a Store Manager or Assistant to the Manager, demonstrating commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork.
Closes the store, reconciles cash with daily sales reports, and secures the facility for the night.
Prepares and maintains records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits, opening/closing reports, and conducts inspections when necessary.
Manages cash register and customer service duties.
Receives, prices, and stocks donations, occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and frequently lifting and carrying 10 to 35 pounds.
Hangs, inspects, and tags textiles and clothing in a production‑style setting.
Hours: Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 10 am to 8 pm and Sunday 11 am.
Pay: $15.05
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Lead or supervisory experience required.
