Job Title
ORR Licensed Bilingual Clinician – Canyon State Academy – Queen Creek, Arizona
Location
Canyon State Academy is located on a scenic 180‑acre campus in Queen Creek, Arizona.
Pay
$80,000 per year.

What You Will Do
Report to the Lead Clinician and/or Program Director.
Coordinate clinical services and conduct mental health assessments.
Provide counseling interventions.
Monitor students’ well‑being and adjustment to the program.
Assess safety to release students to sponsors.
Train new clinicians.
Provide crisis intervention.
Maintain documentation.
Implement and manage standards of care according to ORR program guidelines.
Ensure compliance of records, documentation, and quality of care.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science with clinical experience.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of clinical employment experience.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Licensed or eligible for licensure (ORR licensed).
At least 21 years of age.
Pass criminal background check, drug screen (no THC), physical and TB test.
Pass search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule
Two shifts: Sunday to Thursday and Tuesday to Saturday.
Hours are based on program need; one work‑from‑home day.
Schedule subject to change based on program need.
