
CNA/CMA Weekend Nights Pediatric Complex Medical Care (Full-Time)

Join our compassionate team in our inpatient Pediatric Complex Medical program, where we provide around-the-clock care in a warm, family‑centered environment. We support infants through age 14 who are unable to live at home due to their complex medical need, helping each child thrive in a safe and caring setting.
Schedule
6:00 pm–6:30 am Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 3 holidays per year
Benefit eligible, including medical, dental, vision plans, retirement with company match and generous PTO accrual, including 16 hours of PTO front‑loaded.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Assist with daily care routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while honoring each child’s privacy and dignity.
Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure each child’s unique needs are met.
Help children look and feel their best by maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and readiness for scheduled activities.
Support families by sharing updates and reinforcing care techniques that promote each child’s progress and well‑being.
Accurately document care provided and maintain compliance with ChildServe policies and professional standards.
What You’ll Need
Active DIA certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Iowa.
Certified Medication Aid preferred.
Active BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
