Sparta Family Dentistry is seeking a talented and compassionate associate dentist for their thriving practice.
A path to partnership for this highly profitable practice can be outlined. Owners will step back to allow the associate to have a full schedule. Additionally, current owners are willing to provide office coverage for extended vacations, offering excellent quality of life. Proficiency in oral surgery and implant placement is highly desired.
Practice Information
Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 7:30am‑4:30pm.
Compensation: Competitive salary guarantee to start. Percent of collections based on experience plus benefits.
Pathway to Partnership/Ownership: Clear path to partnership if desired.
Facility: Brand new standalone building in 2019. Ops: 7 fully functioning operatories with plenty of room to expand.
Technology: 3shape Trios digital scanner, 3D printer, all digital x‑rays, soft tissue laser, rotary endo, Kavo hand pieces, Open Dental software.
Community details: Practice is in Sparta, WI. The population is approximately 10,000. 25 minutes from La Crosse, 90 minutes from Rochester, 2.5 hours from Minneapolis. Family friendly. Some of the best bike trails and fly fishing streams in the Midwest.
