What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy services with care, consistency, and professionalism
Adjust interventions based on resident progress and clinical feedback
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy-related services
What You’ll Need
Active Physical Therapist license in Georgia
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Passion for helping others and working collaboratively
Availability for full-time or part-time schedules
