Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nursing leader who is ready to grow, develop, and take the next step in their leadership career.

Responsibilities
The ADON performs diverse duties to support quality resident care, including:
Coordinating comprehensive nursing care
Implementing specialized clinical procedures and programs
Collaborating with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers on departmental goals
Ensuring compliance with operational policies and state and federal regulations
Key Duties
Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant resident care
Participate in the nursing home survey process
Oversee infection control and quality assurance initiatives
Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff
Organize and support in-service education and training programs
Requirements
Active
RN license
3+ years of leadership experience
in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
Strong team orientation and communication skills
Infection Prevention experience preferred
Experience training and educating staff
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Alternating weekend on-call rotation
