Work Order completion
Preventative Maintenance
Problem identification and resolution, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution
Documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with the department’s management.
Requirements
Education:
HS Diploma/GED preferred
Experience:
Minimum one year of maintenance experience, preferably in a hospital or commercial setting. HVAC. Carpentry experience a plus.
Certification:
MD Driver's license
