KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Completes maintenance requests and performs appropriate repairs
Installs, tests, inspects, diagnoses, operates, maintains, repairs and replaces equipment and components of new and existing mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
Completes carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
Performs preventive maintenance
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
HS Diploma/GED preferred
Experience:
Minimum five years experience with mechanical, electrical and other infrastructure systems. Experience working in a hospital or industrial/manufacturing environment. Documented training and/or experience in and working knowledge of 120v/208v/277v electrical. Documented training and/or experience in and working knowledge of pump repair and motor alignment. Documented training and working knowledge of HVAC, compressor/vaccum pump repair.
Certification:
Journeyman certification preferred, Full MD Driver's license and good driving record
