Commercialization Sr. Project Manager
Commercialization Project Manager overseeing 15–25 consumer goods projects annually, owning commercialization from concept through launch. This role partners cross‑functionally (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.

Shift and Schedule: Full time, Day Shift. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross‑functional complex projects by defining scope, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and driving accountability to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Manage timelines and scope, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.

Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, Commercial, Brand, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to maintain alignment and transparency.

Facilitate effective communication, providing clear project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership.

Champion process discipline and best practices, ensuring adherence to KDP’s project management standards.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, streamlining workflows, and applying lessons learned across projects.

Provide strategic insight, connecting project objectives to broader business goals and identifying opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

Support commercialization readiness, ensuring all supply chain, procurement, and production elements are aligned for timely launch and execution.

Total Rewards

Salary Range: $76,400 – $110,000 (actual placement may vary).

Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

PMP certification preferred.

3+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross‑functional initiatives—preferably in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain.

Demonstrated success managing multi‑million‑dollar or enterprise‑level commercialization, capital, or expense projects.

Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels, verbally and in writing.

Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑impact initiatives simultaneously.

Comfortable working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments with agility to adapt to changing priorities.

Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Power BI, and SAP or comparable ERP.
