Business Analyst
to support a federal client in analyzing business processes, facilitating system training, and delivering solutions that enhance mission-critical operations.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to assess current processes, identify customer requirements, define future-state solutions, and support system implementation and adoption. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring effective communication, training, and process optimization within a secure federal environment.
Responsibilities
Analyze organizational processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Assess current state operations and define future-state business solutions aligned with mission objectives
Gather, research, and synthesize business and technical requirements
Facilitate system training sessions for end users and stakeholder groups
Develop and maintain training materials and documentation to support system adoption
Support change management activities, including communication planning and stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementation and integration
Apply structured delivery methodologies to support project execution and solution delivery
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Hybrid work environment supporting federal program operations
Requirements
Active Secret Clearance required
Minimum of
0–2 years experience
in change management training
Minimum of
0–2 years experience
in change management communication
Minimum of
0–2 years experience
with structured delivery methodologies such as Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM)
Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and supporting system implementations
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred experience with ServiceNow and PeopleSoft
Qualifications
Demonstrated Advanced experience with:
Business process analysis and requirements gathering
Stakeholder engagement and user training facilitation
Change management communication and support
Research, data synthesis, and solution development
