Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Press Operator role located in Milton WI. The Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machinery, ensuring production efficiency, performing quality control checks, and addressing technical or mechanical issues promptly. Additional duties may include pre-press setup and ensuring adherence to safety and production standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Machine Operation and Printing processes
Strong skills in Quality Control and attention to detail
Knowledge of Troubleshooting printing equipment and performing maintenance
Experience with Pre-press procedures is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Basic mechanical skills and ability to follow safety protocols
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in printing or related fields are a plus
Prior experience in direct mail or print production is highly desirable
