Machine Cast Operator
Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI
Competitive Compensation: Starting at $25.80, plus $1.50/hour shift differential.
Shift: 2nd Shift: 1:30PM-9:30PM
Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed.

We are looking for a Machine Cast Operator to join our Pottery division. We specialize in manufacturing high‑quality cast iron products.
Responsibilities
Operate robot demolding machines, finish ware, perform mold maintenance and TPM tasks.
Wear a respirator when required.
Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Key Qualifications
Must be able to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
Physical capability to perform essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Reliability: consistent attendance and work performance.
Safety compliance: follow all safety policies and procedures.
