Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their team. As an Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$19-21/hr
Shift:
8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Work in Salesforce to process sample requests efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with Sales, RD&A, and Customer Service teams to complete customer sample processes.
Search the database for on-hand inventory to support order fulfillment.
Generate Purchase and Customer Orders via SAP to ensure timely procurement.
Complete receiving processes for orders sent from vendors and Kerry locations, ensuring proper documentation and inventory adjustments.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in operations or supply chain functions.
Strong verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Experience with telecommunications and sales processes is preferred.
Ability to follow directions and cross-train on related duties to support team flexibility.
Proficiency in using SAP and Salesforce platforms for order processing and inventory management.
